It is your responsibility to be aware & follow whats stated in this bulletin as soon as you commit to owning one of my character designs, commission me or plan on doing business with me in any way. If anything is confusing or not clear enough, feel free to comment and ask for clarification.— CHARACTERS + DESIGNSOverpricing or selling my designs for anything over their actual worth is prohibited.The base worth of my character designs should be in the transfer log, the worth can only be increased with paid commissions & personal art (based on your commission prices). Art trades, gifts & contest entries & should not be part of a characters worth. Getting a character via trade reverts the worth to base value. do not sell my designs for prices that go over their actual worth.Do not duplicate my characters profiles.
I do not allow co-owning (unless the character stays in a single profile), closed trades or promise-backs. If you are doing any of the sorts please contact the other party to sort it out and cancel the closed trade, promise back or co-own.
If you plan on modifying or altering my character designs in any shape or form, please keep the original versions in the profile! It can be hidden but not deleted.My designs are for personal use only. My character designs are not for commercial use, profiting off my designs is not allowed. If you plan on selling products featuring my designs, commercial rights can be bought for 50% of the base price of the character.I am not responsible for any drama that might come while or when trading my designs. Please background check the people you’re trading with. I am not responsible for the consequences of your own actions & I am not going to get involved in your personal drama with other users. I am not going to compensate you if you get scammed by other users as it is not my responsibility.— TRANSACTIONS + OFFERINGALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE IN USD VIA CASHAPP unless stated otherwise.
Backing out after an offer is accepted, or in the middle of a transaction will get you blocked.I do not accept refunds.
When offering please state if you are doing a hold or payment plan + how long it will be.
Please do not buy my designs or offer on my work if you are financially unstable, in a bad state of mind or unsure about my products & services.I AM NOT INTERESTED ON CHARACTERS OR TRADING.Please do not Copy my characters & their designs, use my characters as reference to make yours, or rip them off. It makes me really uncomfortable. Please do not request for people to make custom characters based off of them either.please dont reference or copy my artstyle! again this makes me really uncomfortable. And i would prefer if people didn’t colorpick my characters, and if you do, all i request is for the colors to be used in different ways.I allow people to use my characters or my characters images as profile pictures or as a profile theme! though please do keep in mind this does not include my persona(s)Fanart is 100% allowed, it has never bothered me! There’s no limits to the imagination just nothing hateful.
